Timing..

I highly recommend this book to anyone having a hard time, or just for a good read!

Recently I’ve been unsure about a lot of things going on in my life. Anytime I’ve had a doubt there was always a sign pointing me in the right direction. Do you guys believe that? That things come around at the perfect time, that you were meant to be at that exact moment for a reason. I’ve been experiencing this quite often recently.

I’ll be having doubts about something, but then someone (as if they were reading my mind) will bring up something along the lines of that particular thought, Spooky right? I’ve been experiencing little bouts of anxiety. (No it totally just doesn’t disappear, not in my case anyway) I love being a mother, but I sometimes feel unfulfilled. Does it mean I love my kids any less? Of course not, but it does make me question a lot about what I’m doing with my life.

Anyway, I’ve been thinking a lot lately and just freaking myself out quiet honestly lol. Today I sat down and decided I just needed to relax, and do something for myself. I’d been having a hard time writing so I decided I was going to read. Something I also loved doing, and just could never find the time to do anymore. (You know how mom life goes) I was going through one of my old bags, and found a book a bought awhile back.

I started reading it and the words I was reading were exactly what I needed to hear in my situation. It even referenced “a stay at home mom” freaky right? Anyway, one of the chapters starts talking about how God created everyone, and how he created only one ME. “God made you once. You were worth the work that first time. Then he threw away that mold because one of you is enough for Him. You’re enough.”

I couldn’t stop reading it over, and over. I’m ENOUGH. I’m really going to start trusting the timing in my life, and not be so hard on myself sometimes. Isn’t it crazy when you ask for signs from God, and you never stop and slow down to recognize them? I’m sure they’ve been there all along.
